Dear friends of NMAVS,

Due to the unprecedented circumstances surrounding the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the AVS New Mexico Chapter Executive Committee has decided to cancel the May 2020 Symposium, Short Courses and Exhibition.  We understand what the AVS-NM program means to our attendees, presenters, instructors, vendors and students.  This was not a decision made lightly, but the health, safety and well-being of all participants is our highest priority.  

We will be initiating full refunds to all short course registrants and vendor booth renters that have already paid for their registrations.  The refunds will be issued through PayPal to the credit card used on your original purchase. A separate email will be sent directly from PayPal confirming the refund. If you have not yet paid for the course and had requested an invoice be sent, your short course reservation will be cancelled with no payment due.

The NM Chapter of AVS appreciates your interest and support of our New Mexico program.  The Chapter hopes that you will remain interested in one of our future programs.   We will post future program dates on our website once they are available.
